Sepoy Trade Solutions combines the expertise of two long standing local businesses: Sepoy Wiring Ltd and Cliff’s Plumbing & Heating. For decades, we’ve been proudly serving Huron, Perth, Bruce, and Grey Counties, offering reliable and professional solutions for homes, businesses, and farms.
Founded in 1979, Cliff’s Plumbing & Heating established itself as a trusted name in plumbing and HVAC services. In 2022, the company was purchased by Rod and Joan Crich, owners of Sepoy Wiring Ltd., an electrical contracting company founded in 1999. Together, these businesses have merged to form Sepoy Trade Solutions, offering a comprehensive range of services under one roof.

Meet the Owner
Rod Crich, a Lucknow native, has built his career on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and a passion for serving his community. From running his first business mowing lawns to gaining hands-on experience during his high school apprenticeship at Ritchie Electric, Rod has always been committed to providing exceptional service.
In 1999, Rod and his wife, Joan, founded Sepoy Wiring Ltd. Over the years, they have grown the business into what is now Sepoy Trade Solutions, a trusted name for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. Their children are also actively involved in the business, continuing the family’s tradition of quality and excellence.
Rod holds a Master Electrician certification and continually advances his expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. Today, Sepoy Trade Solutions stands as a leader in the industry, firmly rooted in family values and a commitment to the community.
